Every organization should have a great leader and Yusfa Hanis bin Yussoff is no exception. Honed with 15 years of experience, he is a prominent player in Syariah Legal field.
His legal journey began as a Chambering Student in Tetuan Amli & Nonee, shortly after graduating from the University of Malaya (UM) with a Bachelor of Syariah and Law in 2006. After completing his pupilage, he acted as Syarie Lawyer for distinguished Legal firms such as Tetuan Nasir & Associates, and Tetuan Khalek Awang, and was even appointed as Head of Syarie Legislation Department in Tetuan J. Lee & Associates.
Taking his leap of faith, he established Tetuan Yusfa Imran & Associates in 2009 as a Partner and Syarie Lawyer, thus proving both his capabilities and readiness to take on the world of Syariah Law.
He gradually gained his renown as he litigated and mitigated mainly in the Syariah Court across central and northern Malaysia including in Faderal Territories, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Perak and Kedah.
As the primary Lawyer of Yusfa Hanis & Partner, he masterminds all the plans inside and outside the Court, and to do so, he is packed with all the legal knowledge available. He is also proven to excel in Syariah Court Proceeding regarding Criminal and Civil Matters and is shown in every Court Trial he attends.
As for today, he currently leads a small elite legal team in Yusfa Hanis & Partners, bringing together years of his own experience and wide-and-sharp-eyes fledging legal eagles

AFIQAH AMANINA BINTI AZHAR

A new generation on her way to be a prominent Syarie Practitioner in Malaysia. One of the first-class graduates from the International Islamic University of Selangor (UIS) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Syariah with Law. Later, she commenced her pupillage at Yusfa Hanis & Partners in 2022 while completing her Diploma in Administration of Islamic Judiaciary (DAIJ) from the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) in the same year.
After ultimately earning her admission as a Syarie Practicioner under Federal Territories in 2021, she has since remained with the firm in the capacity of a Legal Associate.
Afiqah’s legal expertise truly shines in her role where she focus on matrimonial matters such as marriage validation, divorces and rujuk. Afiqah had the privilege of serving diverse clients, ranging from local to non-native residences whom required bilingual expert. With a keen focus, Afiqah is committed to deliver top-tier legal solutions while fostering lasting connections with those she assists
SITI NURHAFIZAH BINTI DATO’ MOHD SHARIF

Mrs Hafizah graduated with a Bachelor of Syariah degree from University Al-Azhar, Egypt in 2016. In 2017, Mrs Hafizah had completed her pupillage in Mardziah & Associates while pursuing Diploma Administration of Islamic Judiaciary (DAIJ) and was admitted as a Syarie Lawyer in Federal Territories. She then pursued her career and gained experience by working in several other notable firms in the Klang Valley area and sucessfully obtained her practice certificate in Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Selangor.
Eager to strive for achievements, Mrs Hafizah then graduated her Master’s Degree in Law from National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2019 and later joined the esteemed firm of Yusfa Hanis & Partners in 2023. During her years of practice, Mrs Hafizah has possessed vast experience in handling diverse areas of syariah jurisdiction practice involving and other general property disputes regarding Joint Matrimonial Properties and their executions includes Inheritance, Wills, and Hibah. She believes that great experience and service to clients are core elements in achieving a good reputation and success
